Today the P5 class baked their very own World War 2 cookies. They worked hard to convert units from the imperial system to the metric system and measured out all their ingredients – taking rationing into account (minus a few eggs). There were some very messy fingers by the end of it, but I think we all agreed they were worth it for the post lunch treat!
