St Patrick's Day Celebrations
Our Assembly Hall was a sea of green today as the whole school community came together to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. From Reception Class right through to Primary Seven, the children have been working hard over the past number of weeks to learn their parts, rehearse their pieces, and prepare for this special event. Their effort, dedication and enthusiasm were evident in every moment of the celebration.
The showcase featured a wonderful variety of performances, including lively Irish dancing, beautifully recited Irish poems, traditional songs and National Anthems, while an impressive array of musical instruments were also played. It was a joy to witness the remarkable talent, confidence and spirit of our pupils, who brought such energy and enthusiasm to their performances.
A special word of thanks to Mrs Claxton and Mrs Brennan, whose coordination and organisation ensured the smooth running of today’s celebrations.
Well done to everyone involved, and Happy St Patrick’s Day from all of us at St Joseph’s Carnacaville!
