Reception Class had a wonderful trip to the Ark Community Gardens, starting off with a cheerful singsong before meeting and feeding the donkeys and sheep. The children carefully collected fresh eggs for the farm shop and then checked out the Polly Tunnel to find out more about where our food comes from. A highlight for many was meeting the soft, friendly pet rabbits. We finished off our busy morning with a lovely snack and some relaxed playtime. A big thank you to Rachel and all the team at the Ark Community Gardens for making our trip such a memorable experience.
