P7 and Reception worked together again today and had lots of fun making music. We learnt lots about a steady beat and the names of a variety of percussion instruments. Everyone had a chance to choose an instrument to play and the P7 boys and girls helped the Reception children to hold and play the instruments correctly.We look forward to meeting again next week and extending our awareness of the timbre of each instrument.
