Last week, our Primary 7 class studied the Impressionist Art Movement with a specific focus on Claude Monet. We discussed some of his pieces and explored what made his work effective. We then decided to recreate one of his most renowned paintings, ‘Water Lilies’. We did this using our own paint palette and strips of masking tape. The finished pieces were superb and really brightened up the walls of our classroom. Well done to Primary 7!
