Children in Primary Three and Primary Four have really been enjoying our weekly coaching sessions from Down County Board Hurling’s Ferghal Rogers.
Boys and girls have learned how to hold the hurl, tackle, dribble and strike the sliótair. They have really enjoyed the seven-aside training matches.
Quite a few girls and boys have even started to go to hurling in our local clubs.
