A short while ago, we were delighted to hear the news that one of our Primary 7 pupils, Jay Flynn had been awarded with a silver medal at a national Jiu Jitsu competition. Jay competed at the Northern Ireland Nationals in Newtonabbey a few weeks ago. In what was his first ever competition, he brought home a silver medal. This is a remarkable achievement for Jay who is obviously very dedicated to the sport. Our whole school is very proud of his achievement. Congratulations Jay!
