Today we celebrated St Patrick's Day through music, song, dance and drama. We wore all things green and had a lovely assembly filled with Irish dancers, céilí dancers, some great poems in English and as Gaeilge (in Irish). Some children shared the story of St Patrick and others acted out St. Patrick's story. We also heard a lovely rendition of Hail Glorious St Patrick. Every class from Reception up to Primary 7 participated. Even St. Patrick himself made a guest appearance!!
This was our first performance in our new multi-purpose hall sitting on our lovely new chairs as the audience.
