Huge congratulations go out to our P4 pupil Elena for having one of her stories included in a real book!
In May 2020, Fighting Words and Great Lighthouses of Ireland invited submissions of original writing inspired by lighthouses from young writers aged 7 - 12. Elena found out this week that her story “The Mermaid Lighthouse Dream” has been published in the book Young Storykeepers Volume 3.
Everyone in Carnacaville is very proud of Elena and delighted to have a published author in our midst!
