This year, our new Digital Leaders have been nothing short of amazing! They have been participating in the Dream Space Ambassador Program, which has really set the tone for their journey. Throughout the year, they've engaged in monthly Zoom calls to enhance their coding skills, covering a range of topics like Micro:bit 101, Micro:bit Next Level, Minecraft Education, MakeCode Arcade 101, and MakeCode Arcade Next Level.
During Math Week, they joined a live lesson that helped them integrate their coding knowledge into a maths context. Beyond their training, our ambassadors took the initiative to teach weekly lessons at the I.C.T after-school club, inspiring younger students to get involved in technology. They also introduced P4, P5, P6, and P7 classes to the wonders of Microbits, Minecraft Education, and MakeCode Arcade, making coding accessible and fun for everyone.
To top off a fantastic year, the Digital Leaders attended a celebratory graduation event at W5 in Belfast, where they participated in various coding activities and received recognition for their hard work at a certificate presentation. It's been a remarkable journey, and we're proud of all they've achieved!
