Assembly 06/05/26

6th May 2026

This week at Assembly our Student Council talked to everyone about the 5 steps of well-being in preparation for Mental Health Awareness Week.  Each day next week we will focus on:

Connecting :- Be aware of ourselves and listen to our body

Being Active :- Help our mental health by moving our bodies and making friends.  Move a little each day

Take Notice :- Take a moment to look around you and engage your senses.

Keep Learning :- Try something new and step outside your comfort zone

Giving :- Show kindness to others in our words and actions.  It makes everyone feel happier.
