There was a swimming gala in Bangor over the weekend. Sophia, Maria, Cillian, Cullen and Abbie all attended. Cillian and Sophia will be going forward to represent our school at a Swim Ireland event in March. However, all the children achieved their personal best times on the day. What an accomplishment, well done everyone.
On Sunday there was an Irish dancing festival in Ballynahinch. Freya, Ella, Aoibheann, Sophia, Cara and Cadhla all attended and they came in jingling today with countless medals and trophies to present for us. Congratulations girls, you are all very talented.
Cathal and Leo in P4 brought in trophies following a football match, where they both won Man of the Match.
Theo in P3 had a trophy for coming first in a poem at a recent speech and drama event. Well done, Theo.
Ollie in P4 brought in a very impressive shark tooth to show us all.
As always, we celebrated our Pupils and Stars of the week. Well done to everyone for all your hard work!
Lastly, we had 4 birthdays this week. A huge happy birthday to you all!
